Any home visits outside of my area of services (15 miles from Elk Meadow in Evergreen) will have a $35 travel fee added at the time of service. 30 miles outside my radius will be approved on a case by case basis with an additional $1/minute traveled charge (one-way).
Prenatal Consultation
60 minute visit in person/virtual.
$175/$125
Designed to help families gain confidence in breast/chestfeeding before baby arrives. We will discuss your goals with breast/chestfeeding and cover the things you will want to know before birth. Basic breast/chestfeeding education including feeding cues, myth-busting and other basics of what to expect when feeding human milk in the early days of baby’s life. We will discuss any any concerns you have and I will provide a written plan + resources and be available to you through email and messaging between appointments.
The purpose of this session is to set you and baby up for a successful breast/chestfeeding experience, whatever your goals are.

In-home Consultation
Initial Visit - 90 minutes - $175
Follow Up - 60 minutes - $150
I will come to you and do a full assessment of baby. I will get baby’s weight, assess a feeding including getting a snapshot of how much milk baby is transferring from the bottle or breast. We will fit flanges if you are pumping and we will discuss any and all questions and concerns you have.
Your consult will include an individualized plan specific to you and your baby and you will have access to me via HIPAA compliant messaging between consultations.

Virtual Consultation
Initial Visit - 90 minutes - $150
Follow Up - 60 minutes - $100
Virtual visits will occur using my secure and HIPAA compliant telehealth system. We will discuss any questions and concerns you have and if desired, assess a feeding and/or provide flange fitting if you are pumping. Please note that virtual consults do have limitations and I may recommend an in-person consult with me, another IBCLC or another specialist. It may also be recommended that you provide pictures or videos to help with an assessment prior to or during the consult.
Your consult will include an individualized plan specific to you and your baby and you will have access to me via HIPAA compliant messaging between consultations. 30 miles outside my radius will be approved on a case by case basis with an additional $1/minute traveled charge (one-way).
Back to School/Work Consultation
60 minute visit in person/virtual.
$175/$150
Going back to school or work for any amount of time doesn’t mean an end to your breast/chestfeeding journey, just a little bit of planning. I will help you develop a plan that includes: familiarizing you with your pump equipment and process, flange sizing, safe milk handling + storage practices, and creation of a pumping schedule.
Your consult will include an individualized plan specific to you and your baby and you will have access to me via HIPAA compliant messaging for two weeks following the consult.

Bottle Feeding Challenges or Bottle Refusal
60 minute visit in person/virtual.
$200/$150
I can help with challenges latching to the bottle, fussiness with the bottle and bottle refusal. The can be done virtually or in person and is not limited to breastmilk. This consult is best suited for babies under 6 months old. Please reach out if you’re having challenges with an older baby and I can provide resources. During the consult, we will do an oral assessment related to bottle feeding, practice using the bottle and learn exercises specific to your kiddos challenges that will be a part of your plan.
Your consult will include a detailed plan that is specific to you and your baby that may evolve over a two week period. You will also have unlimited messaging access with me via HIPAA copmliant messaging for two weeks following the consult.

Your consult may be covered by insurance. I partner with The Lactation Network, check here to see if your insurance will pay directly for services. For Cigna, check here. Be sure to check at the top of the pages that Evergreen Doula Services, LLC is your requested provider.
Self pay consultations are due at the time of booking.
