I am a certified doula with DONA International and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I live with my husband and two kiddos in Evergreen, Colorado. We spend most of our time playing outside, exploring our amazing little corner of the world.
I am in awe of the human body and believe that birthing people are absolutely incredible as they grow life and bring it Earthside. Ever since I can remember, I have felt drawn to pregnancy and the birthing experience, but it wasn’t until I delivered my first kiddo that I knew I wanted all birthing people to feel empowered to own their experience and have it be what they desire. I want to help birthing people come away from their experience in labor, birth and the months and years following, to feel supported and seen.
Breast/chestfeeding can be a wonderful and sometimes challenging experience. I want to support that experience regardless of how you choose to feed your child.
I am proud to work among all the incredible doulas and breast/chestfeeding support people supporting families in and around the communities of the foothills of Denver, Colorado.
I am incredibly honored you are considering me to be a part of your birth and/or postpartum team and look forward to meeting you!
To support birthing and breast/chestfeeding people through pregnancy, labor and postpartum so that they feel in control, supported and satisfied with their experience for years to come.
