Insurance for Lactation support
Check here to see if your consults are directly covered. Most PPO plans are, but if not, I will still provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance.
If you have Cigna, check here to see if you are covered.
A $35 travel fee will be applied after booking to all in-home sessions outside a 15 mile radius of Elk Meadow Park in Jefferson County/west Denver. In Summit County, the fee will be applied if outside a 15 mile radius of The Breckenridge Golf Club. 30 miles outside my radius will be approved on a case by case basis with an additional $1/minute traveled charge (one-way).
