Prenatal Consultation
Virtually, in your home or at a private, central location in Evergreen.
$95/hour
I aim provide prenatal support in whatever way is useful to you. If you’re looking for guidance on birth planning, tools for comfort during labor, guidance for how your partner can best support you or any other labor or birthing questions or guidance, but do not need full support from a doula during your labor and birth, we can schedule virtual or in-person consults to meet your needs. Examples of how I can support you:
Birth planning guidance;
Comfort exercises and other tools for birthing person and partner;
Planned cesarean preparation;
Resources on pregnancy, childbirth and local practitioners.
Prenatal and 4th Trimester Doula Support
$600
For families that hope to have support leading up to labor and after birth, but wish to labor in privacy, I provide prenatal doula support, birth preparation, and postpartum planning and support.
Two prenatal visits in your home or virtually, lasting approximately two hours each.
Birth planning, postpartum and self-care tips, comfort exercises and other tools for birthing person and partner.
Prenatal support via phone, text, email and video chat during normal business hours.
Guidance on preparing personalized birth preferences.
Resources and reading list.
Access to the Evergreen Doula Services Lending Library.
One postpartum home visit within two weeks of the birth.
Support via phone, text, email and video chat up to six weeks postpartum.
Lactation support (within scope of practice).
Virtual Birth Doula Support
$850
Two prenatal visits via Google, lasting approximately two hours each.
Birth planning, postpartum and self-care tips, comfort exercises and other tools for birthing person and partner.

One postpartum visit (via Google or in person if within 30 miles) within two weeks of the birth.

Full Birth Doula Support
$1250
Two prenatal visits in your home, lasting approximately two hours each.
Birth planning, postpartum and self-care tips, comfort exercises and other tools for birthing person and partner.
Prenatal support via phone, text, email and video chat during normal business hours.
Guidance on preparing personalized birth preferences.
Resources and reading list.
Access to the Evergreen Doula Services Lending Library.
On-call 24/7 two weeks leading up to and following your estimated due date.
Unlimited support via phone, text, email, and video chat leading up to the birth.
Continuous support throughout labor, childbirth and one-two hours postpartum.
Photos of birth and baby (taken by iPhone or your camera).
One postpartum home visit within two weeks of the birth.
Support via phone, text, email and video chat up to six weeks postpartum.
Lactation support (within scope of practice).
Backup Doula in the event of family or personal emergency.
Payment
Doula Services
An initial 50% retainer is due within a week of contracting our birth doula services. This is non-refundable.
The second 50% is due at the time of our second prenatal visit.
Please Note
Financial hardship should not prevent you from receiving doula or lactation support, please discuss with me and know that other payment plans are available.
