What Is a Doula?
A doula is a trained, non-medical, professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a birthing person before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.
Mission
To support birthing and breast/chestfeeding people through pregnancy, labor and postpartum so that they feel in control, supported and satisfied with their experience for years to come.
